  • Day Rate (10hrs): $1000

    Half Day Rate (up to 5hrs): $500

    Overtime hours: $150/hr

    Cleaning Fee: Not applicable if the space is returned to its original condition. Otherwise a $150 will be billed to payment on file.

  • Once we receive the following, your rental date is confirmed.

    • HOLD may be placed on studio without deposit
